    [١٠٧٢] (د س ق) الحَارِث بن بلال بن الحارث، المزني المدني. روى عن: أَبِيه. وعنه: رَبِيعَة بن أبي عَبْد الرَّحْمَن. أخرجوا له "حديثًا وَاحِدًا في فَسْخِ الحَجّ" (¬٢). وأنه خاصٌّ بالصَّحَابة (¬٣). قلت: وقَالَ الإمام أحْمَد ليس إسْنَاده بالمعروف (¬٤)، وقَالَ مرَّة (¬٥) أخرى: "لا يعرف هَذا الرجل، وليْسَ حَدِيثه يثبت، ولا أقول ثِقَة ولو كَان معروفا؛ أَلا إن أحد عشر رجلًا يروون الفسخ، فأين يقع الحَارِث بن بلال منهم؟ " (¬٦).
