[١٠٢٠] (س) جُعَيْل بن زياد ويُقَال: ابن ضَمرة، الأشْجَعيّ. روى عن: النَّبيّ ﷺ: (أنه كان معَهُ في بعضِ غَزَواتِه، وهُو على فَرَسٍ له عَجْفَاءَ) (¬١) الحَدِيث (¬٢). روى عنه: عبد الله بن أبي الجعد، أخو سالم. قلت: قَالَ الأزدي وغيره: "تفرد (¬٣) عبد الله بالرِّوَايَة عنه" (¬٤). وقَالَ البَغَويّ: "لا أعلمُه روى غير هَذا الحَدِيث" (¬٥).
