[٩١٥] (بخ م د س ق) جَابِر بن إِسْمَاعِيل الحَضْرمِيّ، أبو عباد، المصْريّ. روى عن: عُقَيل (¬١)، وحُيَيٍّ بن عبد الله المعافريّ. وعنه: ابن وهب. ذَكَرهُ ابنُ حِبَّانَ في "الثِّقَات" (¬٢). قلت: وأخرج ابن خُزَيمة حَدِيثه في "صَحِيحه"، مَقْرُونًا بابن لهيعة، وقَالَ: "ابن لهيعة لا أحتجّ به، وإنما أخرجت هَذا الحَدِيث؛ لأن فيه جَابِرَ بنَ إسْمَاعيل" (¬٣).
