[٨٩٣] (د) ثَعْلبَة بن صُعَيْر، ويُقَال: ابن عبد الله بن صُعَيْر، ويُقَال: ابن أبي صُعَيْر (¬٥)، ويقال: عبد الله ثَعْلبَة بن بن صُعَير العذري (¬٦). له حَدِيث وَاحد عن النَّبيّ ﷺ في "صدقة الفطر" (¬٧).وعنه: ابنه عبد الله، وفيه خلافٌ كَثِيرُ، أخرجه أبو دَاوُد على الاختلاف فيه. قَالَ يَحْيى بن مَعِين: ثَعْلبَة بن عبد الله بن أبي صعير، وثَعْلبَة بن أبي مالك، جميعا قد رأيا النَّبيّ ﷺ (¬١). قلت: وقَالَ الدَّارَقُطْنيّ الصَّوَاب فيه: "عبد الله بن ثَعْلبَة بن أبي صعير، لثَعْلبَة صُحْبَة، ولعبد الله رؤية". والله أعلم. وقَالَ البُخَاريّ (¬٢): ثَعْلبَة بن أبي صعير، في إسْنَاده نظر.
