[٨٣٣] (م) بلال بن عَبْد الله بن عُمَر بن الخطاب. روى عن أَبيه، حَدِيث: (لا تَمْنَعُوا إِمَاءَ اللَّهِ مَسَاجِدَ الله" (¬٤). وعنه: كعب بن علقمة، وعبد الله بن هبيرة، وعبد الملك بن فارع. قَالَ أبو زُرْعَة: "مدني ثِقَة" (¬٥). وقَالَ حمزة الكناني: "لا أعلم له غير هَذا الحَدِيث (¬٦) ". قلت: وذكره مسلم في "الطَّبقة الأولى من المدنيين". وعده يَحْيى القطان في "فقهاء أهل المدينة". وذَكَرهُ ابنُ حِبَّانَ في "الثِّقَات" (¬٧) (¬٨).
