[٥٦٩] (د) أشعث بن شُعْبة المِصِّيصيّ، أبو أحْمَد، أصله خراساني. روى عن: أَرطاة بنِ المنذر، والمنهال بنِ خَلِيفَة، والسَّري بنِ يحيى، وَغَيْرِهِم. وعنه: مُحمَّد بنُ عيسى (¬٤) بن الطباّع، وعبدُ الوهاب بنُ نَجْدة، وأبو الطاهر بنُ السَّرْح، وجَمَاعَة. قَالَ أبو زُرْعَة: "لَيِّن" (¬٥). وذَكَرهُ ابنُ حِبَّانَ في "الثِّقَات" (¬٦). "الثِّقَات". قلت: وفي "سؤالات الآجُرِّيّ" عن أبي دَاوُد: "أشعث بن شُعْبَة ثِقَة" (¬٧).وذكر ابن يُونُس في "تاريخ الغرباء": أنه قدم إلى مصر، وحدث بها (¬١). وقَالَ الأزدي: "ضَعِيف" (¬٢).
