[٥٦٦] (س) أشعث بن ثُرْمُلة (¬٨) البَصْريّ، عن أبي بكرة، حَدِيث: (مَنْ قَتَلَ نَفْسًا مُعَاهَدَةً .. ) (¬٩).وعنه: الحكم (¬١) بن الأعرج، ويُونُس بن عبيد. قَالَ ابن أبي خَيْثَمَة عن ابن مَعِين: "ثِقَة مَشْهُور" (¬٢). روي له النَّسَائيّ هَذا الحَدِيث الوَاحد. قلت: وقَالَ البزار: "قديم، لم يرو غير هَذا الحَدِيث". وذَكَرهُ ابنُ حِبَّانَ في "الثِّقَات" (¬٣)، وصحَّح حَدِيثه هو (¬٤) والحَاكِم (¬٥). • أشعث بن جابر، هُو ابن عبد الله بن جابر، يأتي (¬٦).
