[١٣١] (س) أحمد بن الهيثم بن حفص، الثَّغْريّ، قاضي "طَرَسُوس". روى عن: حرملة، وموسى بن داود. وعنه: النّسائيُّ حديثًا واحدًا في "الصومِ" (¬٥)، وأبو عُمر أحمدُ بنُ محمّد الحلِّي (¬٦)، وغيرُهما.قلتُ: قال النّسائيُّ في "أسماءِ شيوخِهِ": لا بأسَ به (¬١). • (¬٢) (خ) أحمد بن واقد. روى عنه: (خ) في كتابِ "الخدم للمسجد" (¬٣)، وفي "مناقب خالد بن الوليد" (¬٤). وهذا هو أحمد بن عبد الملك بن واقد -المتقدِّم- (¬٥). نسبَه في هذين الموضعين إلى جَدِّه، قاله الكَلَاباذيُّ (¬٦).
