[١١٩] (م) أحمد بن المنذر بن الجارود، البصريّ، أبو بكر، القَزَّاز (¬٩). روى عن: أبي أسامة، وابن أبي فديك، وغيرِهما. وعنه: مسلمٌ، وإبراهيمُ بنُ فهد، وعبد الله بنُ أحمد الدَّوْرَقيّ.قال ابنُ أبي حاتم: سألتُ أبي عنه، عنه، فقال: لا أعرفه، وعرضتُ عليه حديثَه، فقال: حديثٌ صحيحٌ (¬١). وقال موسى بنُ هارون: ماتَ بالبصرة، في ذي القعدة، سنةَ ثلاثين ومئتين. قلتُ: وروى عنه أبو يعلى في "معجمِه" (¬٢). وقال ابنُ قانعٍ: صالحٌ.
