[١٠٩] (ت) أحمد بن محمّد بن نِيْزَك (¬١) بن حبيب، البغداديّ، أبو جعفر، المعروف بالطُّوسيّ (¬٢). روى عن: أسود بن عامر شاذان، ومحمّد بن بكار، وأبي أحمد الزبيريّ، ويزيد بن هارون، وغيرِهم. وعنه التّرمذيُّ، وإبراهيمُ الحربيّ، وابنُ أبي عاصم، وابنُ صاعدٍ، وغيرُهم. قال ابنُ عقدة: في أمرِه نظرٌ (¬٣). وقال الخطيبُ: بلغني أنّه ماتَ في سنةِ ثمانٍ وأربعين ومئتين (¬٤). قلتُ: وذَكَرَه ابنُ حبّان في "الثّقاتِ" (¬٥).
