    ٥٩٦). * [٥٨٠٣] ثنا أحمد بن القاسم النخعي. حديثه في "الكامل" (٣/ ١١٦٣): من طريق الحضرمي عن أحمد بن مصرف عن محمد بن الهيثم به، وهو ابن خيار النخعي. والحديث في "الضَّعيفة" (٦٨٤٧)، إلا أنه جاء في نسخة الشَّيخُ -في تعقيب الطبراني- لم يروه عن سليم إلا أحمد بن الهيثم النخعي. وقال الشَّيخُ: أحمد بن القاسم، وفي التعقيب: ابن الهيثم النخعي، لم أعرفه، ويحتمل أنه الذي في "اللسان": أحمد بن الهيثم بن محمد القاضي. وذكر أنه جاء عند الهيثمي في أحاديث أخرى: محمد بن الهيثم عن سليم، وقال الشَّيخ: لم أعرفه.*
