    هريم بن عثمان أبو المهلب. قال ابن أبي حاتم: هريم بن عثمان، أبو المهلب الطفاوي، وهو: ابن عثمان ابن عيسى بن هريم بن عتيق، ويحيى بن عتيق الذي يروي عن: ابن سيرين، والحسن عم أبيه. روى عن: سلام بن مسكين، وعُمارة بن زاذان، وأبي هلال الرّاسبي، وحماد ابن سَلمة، والقاسم بن الفضل الحداني وعَبد العزيز بن مسلم، وسويد أبي حاتم. روى عنه: أبي، وأبو زرعة. نا عَبد الرّحمن قال: سئل أبي عنه، فقال: بصرى صدوق. "الجرح والتعديل" (٩/ ١١٧). قُلتُ: وذكره ابن حبَّان في "الثقات" (٩/ ٢٤٥) وقال: يخطيء. *
