محمد بن يحيى بن إسماعيل أبو عَبد الله الصدفي. مولاهم المصري، ويقال له: أبو مزاحم المحتسب. حدَّث عن: ابن وهب وروى عنه: أحمد بن يحيي بن خالد، ومحمد بن وضاح القرطبي. قال المُقريزي: كان فقيها من أصحاب ابن وهب. وقال: توفي سنة ٢٠٢ يوم السبت ٢٢ من جماد الآخر. "المقفى الكبير" (برقم: ٣٥٠٧). *
