محمد بن عَبد الله بن محمد بن سليمان بن عَبد المطلب * (١٥٠٥). قال ابن عساكر: محمد بن عَبد الله بن سليمان، ويقال: ابن عَبد الله بن محمد ابن سليمان بن محمد بن عَبد المطلب بن ربيعة بن الحارث بن عَبد المطلب بن هاشم بن عَبد مناف الهاشمي يلقب زبرا، من أهل دمشق، ولاه هارون الرّشيد مدينة رسول الله ﷺ سنة ثلاث وسبعين ومائة له ذكر. قال خليفة: في تسمية عمال الرّشيد على المدينة: وولى محمد بن عَبد الله بن سليمان بن محمد بن عَبد المطلب بن ربيعة بن الحارث بن عَبد المطلب ثم عزله.
