    ٣٤٣١ - محمد بن صبيح بن السماك: الواعظ. قال ابنُ نمير: "ليس حديثُهُ بشيء". فما كان ينبغي لابن الجوزي ﵀ أن يذكر قول ابن نمير وحده, لأن هذا يوهم أنه لم يرد في الرجل تعديل، بل قال ابنُ نمير نفسه -في رواية-: "صدوق". وذكره ابنُ حبان في "الثقات" (٩/ ٣٢)، وقال: "مستقيمُ الحديث، كان يعظ الناس في مجالسه". * وفي "اللسان" (٥/ ٢٠٤) قال الحاكم عن الدارقطنيِّ: "لا بأس به" * وإنما أخذ عليه أنة قد يخالف غيره من الأثبات في رفع حديث، أو وصل مرسلٍ، وما ينبغي أن يُضَعَّف مطلقًا، حتى يكون ذلك سمةً له يُعرف بها، فيُحمُ بما يليق بالحال. فوائد أبي عمرو السمرقندي / ١٦٦ ح ٥٤
