كريب السحولي. قال ابن أبي حاتم: كريب بن أبرهة، أبو رشد بن مديني. روى عن: حُذيْفة بن اليمان، وأبي الدرداء، وأبي ريحانة، ومرة بن كعب، وكعب. روى عنه: سليم بن عتر، وثوبان بن شهر وأبو وعلة، شيخ من عك،وشعبة، والسليط، سمعت أبي يقول ذلك. "الجرح والتعديل" (٧/ ١٦٧). وذكره ابن حبَّان في "الثقات" (٥/ ٣٣٩). *
