الفضيل بن محمد الملطي أبو يحيى. قال ابن أبي حاتم: فضيل بن محمد الملطي الامام، إمام مسجد ملطية، أبو يحيى. روى عن: أبي توبة الرّبيع بن نافع، وأبي نعيم الفضل بن دكين، ومحمد بن عيسى بن الطباع، وسعيد بن منصور، وأبي الوليد الطيالسي، وإسماعيل بن أبي أُويس، ومحمد بن موسى بن أعين كتب إلي بجزئين من حديثه."الجرح والتعديل" (٧/ ٧٦). وقال الذَّهبي في "تاريخ الإسلام" وفيات (٢٨٤ - ص ٢٤١): عنه: الطَّبراني، وكان إمام جامع ملطية. وروى عنه: من الكبار أبو عروبة. *
