عَبد الله بن موسى بن أبي عثمان أبو محمد الأنماطي الدهقان، يُعرف بابن بلعها. حدَّث عن: يحيى بن معين، والرّبيع بن ثعلب، وموسى بن محمد بن حيان، وسهل بن زنجلة ومحمد بن عَبد الرّحمن بن سهم الأنطاكي، ومحمد بن عَبد الله الأرزي، وإبراهيم بن محمد بن عرعرة، وغيرهم. روى عنه: عَبد الباقى بن قانع، ودعلج بن أحمد، وأحمد بن يوسف بن خلاد. قال الخطيب: ما علمت من حاله إلا خيرا. قال عَبد الباقى بن قانع: عَبد الله بن موسى بن أبي عثمان الدهقان مات فيسنة تسع وثمانين ومائتين.
