    سَلمة بن أبي سَلمة بن عَبد الرّحمن بن عوف * (٣٥٤٧). قال ابن أبي حاتم: سَلمة بن أبي سَلمة بن عَبد الرّحمن بن عوف القرشي الزهرى، روى عن: أبيه. روى عنه: الزهرى، ومكحول، وعقيل بن خالد، ومحمد بن راشد، سمعت أبي يقول ذلك. حدَّثنا عَبد الرّحمن قل: سألت أبي عنه، فقال: لا بأس به. "الجرح والتعديل" (٤/ ١٦٤). قُلتُ: وذكره ابن حبَّان في "الثقات" (٦/ ٣٩٦). انظر: "الثقات" للعجلي. *
