    ١٩٥٦ - أبو علىّ بن المثنّى القاضى (¬*) قاضى هيت. قال ابن الأثير، فى «الكامل»: كان ورعا، فقيها حنفيّا، كان من أصحاب القاضى أبى عبد الله الدّامغانىّ. قتل فى صفر سنة خمس وتسعين وأربعمائة (¬٣). - أبو علىّ الفارسىّ الإمام. (¬٤) الحسن بن الخطير (¬٤)، تقدّم (¬٥). قلت: وليس بأبى على الحسن الفارسىّ، الإمام (¬٦) النّحوىّ الكبير، هذا اسمه الحسن بن أحمد بن عبد الغفّار، مات سنه سبع وسبعين وثلاثمائة (¬٧)، وإنّما وافقه الحسن بن الخطير هذا فى الكنية والاسم والنّسبة وجمع (¬٨) العلوم.
