١١٩٨ - محمد بن أحمد بن محمد بن عقبة القاضى، أبو محمد، المروزىّ (¬*) قال الحاكم: ولى القضاء بنيسابور، سنة سبع وثلاثين وثلاثمائة، وصرف به يحيى بن منصور القاضى، وبقى على القضاء إلى سنة نيّف وأربعين، فصرف بقاضى الحرمين. وتوفّى ببخارى قاضيا، سنة ثلاث وخمسين وثلاثمائة (¬٢). ***
