    ١١١٤ - القاسم بن على بن الحسين بن محمد بن على أبو نصر، أقضى القضاة، ابن قاضى القضاة أبى القاسم ابن نور الهدى، الهاشمىّ، الزّينبىّ (¬*) ولد سنة تسع وعشرين وخمسمائة. قال ابن النّجّار: كان شابّا فاضلا، له معرفة فى الفقه على مذهب أبى حنيفة، وكان يعرف الأدب، ويقول الشّعر، ويكتب خطّا حسنا. صنّف «رسالة» تتضمّن أحكام الصّيد، خدم بها الإمام المستنجد. وولّاه قضاء بغداد، ولقّب بقاضى القضاة سنة ست وخمسين وخمسمائة. ومات سنة ثلاث وستين وخمسمائة. ***
