    ١٠٨١ - عمرو بن مهير الخصّاف الإمام (¬*) والد الإمام أبى بكر أحمد (¬١)، تقدّم فى حرف الألف (¬٢). روى عن الحسن بن زياد، عن أبى حنيفة: إذا ارتشى القاضى فهو معزول، وإن لم يعزل. ذكره ابن أبى العوّام القاضى، فى «المناقب». وروى عنه ابنه أحمد، قال: حدّثنى أبى عمرو بن مهير، سمعت الحسن قال: قال أبو يوسف: أعلى ما يكون بالكلام أجهل ما يكون بالله ﷿. ***
