١٠٣٤ - عمر بن أحمد بن أبى الحسن بن الحسن الغندابىّ، المرغينانىّ، نزيل سمرقند، عرف بالفرغانىّ (¬*) والغندابىّ (¬٤)؛ بفتح الغين المعجمة وسكون النّون وفتح الدّال المهملةوبعد الألف باء موحّدة: نسبة إلى غنداب، محلة من محالّ مرغينان، (¬١) من بلاد فرغانة (¬١). قال السّمعانىّ: كان فقيها فاضلا، إليه (¬٢) الفتوى بسمرقند. سمع ببلخ، وسمع منه السّمعانىّ. وكانت ولادته سنة خمس وثمانين وأربعمائة. تفقّه على القاضى محمود الأوزجندىّ، جدّ قاضى خان. قال الذّهبىّ: مات سنة ست وخمسين وخمسمائة، وله سبعون سنة. ***
