٩٨٧ - علىّ بن (¬٢) علىّ بن (¬٢) أبى طالب يحيى (¬٣) بن محمد بن محمد بن أحمد ابن جعفر بن الحسن، يعرف (¬٤) بابن ناصر (¬٤)، العلوىّ، الحسنىّ (¬**) توفّى ببغداد، سنة تسع وتسعين وخمسمائة.ومولده (¬١) بمحلّة مشهد (¬١) أبى حنيفة، سنة خمس عشرة وخمسمائة. سمع من القاضى أبى بكر محمد بن أبى بكر محمد بن عبد الباقى، وغيره. قال المنذرىّ (¬٢): تفقّه على مذهب أبى حنيفة، ودرّس بمدرسة السلطان إلى أن توفّى. ***
