٩٨٠ - علىّ بن عبد الله بن سلمان، أبو الحسن قاضى القضاة (¬**) تقدّم والده عبد الله بن سلمان (¬١)، تفقّه على أبيه. تولى قضاء القضاة شرقا وغربا، فى سنة ثمان وتسعين وخمسمائة، ولم يزل إلى أن عزل سنة ستمائة.ومات سنة إحدى وعشرين وستمائة، بالحلّة (¬١). ذكره ابن النّجّار، قال: ولعلّه جاوز الثمانين. ***
