٧٧٠ - عبد الرحمن بن الحسين بن خالد، أبو سعيد النّيسابورىّ، القاضى، شيخ الحنفيّة (¬*) مات سنة تسع وثلاثمائة. سمع أبا زرعة عبيد الله بن عبد الكريم الرّازىّ الحافظ الكبير، ومحمد ابن رافع. روى عنه ابنه عبد الحميد القاضى (¬١)، وأبو العباس أحمد بن هارون (¬٢). قال الحاكم: سمعت عبد الحميد، يقول: كثيرا ما كنت أسمع أبى يقول (¬٣): واخط مع الدّهر إذا ما خطا … واجر مع الدّهر كما يجرى وقال الحاكم أيضا: سمعت عبد الحميد، يقول: توفّى أبو سعيد يوم السبت، النّصف من جمادى الأولى، سنة تسع وثلاثمائة. ***
