٦٤٦ - شعيب بن سليمان بن سليم بن كيسان الكيسانىّ (¬*) تقدّم ابنه سليمان (¬١). وشعيب هذا من أصحاب محمد وأبى يوسف. قال شعيب: أملى علينا محمد بن الحسن، قال أحد قضاتنا القاسم بن معن: إذا اختلف الزّوجان فى متاع البيت فجميع ما فى البيت بينهما نصفين. وروى عنه ابنه، قال: أملى علينا أبو يوسف، قال: قال أبو حنيفة: لا ينبغى للرّجل أن يحدّث من الحديث إلّا بما يحفظه، من يوم سمعه إلى يوم يحدّث به. وذكره ابن يونس فى «الغرباء الذين قدموا مصر»، فقال: كوفىّ، قدم مصر (¬٢). روى عنه سعيد بن عفير. مات بمصر، سنة أربع ومائتين، فى شوّال. ***
