٥٧١ - خليل بن محمد بن أحمد، ابن أختى، الملقّب بهاء الدين (¬*) مولده سنة ثلاث عشرة وسبعمائة، بتربته بالقرافة الصّغرى بمصر (¬٢). وبكّرت له باستدعاء، فأجازه (¬٣) جماعة من المسندين؛ كالدّبابيسىّ (¬٤)، وابن الصّلاح (¬٥)، والختنىّ (¬٦)، وغيرهم، فاق (¬٧) بها أقرانه.وسمع الحديث الكثير، وكتب بخطّه «مسلم»، وغيره. وتفقّه، وصنّف، وأفتى، ودرس، وناب فى الحكم، وسلك طريقة من قبله من القضاة والعلماء والصالحين. ومات يوم الجمعة، حادى عشر شعبان، سنة تسع وستين، بالمدرسة الظّاهريّة، ودفن من الغد، بالتّربة التى ولد بها (¬١). ***
