    ٣٧١ - بشر بن القاسم بن حمّاد بن عبد ربّه، أبو سهل، الفقيه، السّلمىّ، الهروىّ، النّيسابورىّ (¬*) المعروف ببشرويه. أولاده؛ سهل، والحسن، والحسين، (¬٥) قضاة وفقهاء (¬٥) أصحاب أبى حنيفة بنيسابور، يأتى كل واحد منهم فى بابه، إن شاء الله تعالى (¬٦). سمع مالك بن أنس، واللّيث بن سعد، وابن لهيعة، وشريك بن عبد الله القاضى، وحماد بن زيد.روى عنه أيوب بن الحسن، وبنوه الثلاثة: سهل، والحسن، والحسين، فى آخرين. ذكره الحاكم، فى «تاريخ نيسابور»، وقال: قرأت بخطّ أبى عمرو المستملى: مات بشر بن القاسم، فى آخر ذى القعدة، من سنة خمس عشرة ومائتين. قال الحاكم: وقبره فى مقبرة الحسين بن معاذ. ***
