    ٢٦١ - أحمد بن منصور، الفقيه، الحافظ، المظفّرىّ (¬*) المتوطّن سمرقند (¬٢). قال الإسبيجابىّ أحمد بن منصور أبو نصر، فى آخر «شرحه لمختصر الطّحاوىّ»: وكان الشيخ الإمام أبو الحسن علىّ بن بكر (¬٣) ينشر (¬٤) هذه المسائل، وكان فى نشرها وذكرها شائعا (¬٥)، إمام كلّ عصر وقوام كلّ دهر، إلّا أنه لم يجمعها فى مؤلّف، وبعده الشيخ الفقيه الحافظ أحمد (¬٦) بن منصور المظفّرىّ، المتوطّن سمرقند، أكرمه الله فى الدّارين، جمعها علىغاية من التّطويل، وهو فى كلّ ذلك (¬١) مفيد، وفى جمعها مجيد. ثم أشار بعد ذلك، فى كلام له، إلى أنه هذّب هذا منها. ***
