١٧١ - أحمد بن محمد بن إبراهيم، أبو سعيد، الفقيه، النّيسابورىّ، المزكّى (¬*) سمع إبراهيم بن محمد بن سفيان الفقيه (¬٣)، راوى «صحيح مسلم» عن مسلم، وأبا بكر بن خزيمة. سمع منه الحاكم أبو عبد الله، وأبو نعيم (¬٤) الحافظ. شيخ نيسابور فى عصره، وكان مدرّس الفقه سنين، ويفتى (¬٤) زمانا على مذهب أبى حنيفة.وتوفّى ليلة الأربعاء، العشرين من رمضان، سنة ثلاث وثمانين وثلاثمائة، وهو ابن إحدى وتسعين سنة. ***
