١٥٩ - أحمد بن عمرو بن محمد بن موسى بن عبد الله القاضى، البخارىّ، أبو نصر (¬*) يعرف بالعراقىّ. حدّث عن أبى نعيم عبد الملك بن محمد بن عدىّ الأسترآباذيّ، ومحمد ابن يوسف بن عاصم البخارىّ، وغيرهما. ذكره الحافظ الإدريسىّ، فى «تاريخ سمرقند»، فقال: كان أحد أئمّة أصحاب أبى حنيفة فى الفقه. وكان على قضاء سمرقند مدّة، وانصرف منها إلى بخارى. وعاش إلى سنة ستّ وتسعين وثلاثمائة. ومات ببخارى. كتبنا عنه بسمرقند. ***
