٢٩ - إبراهيم بن عبد الرزّاق بن أبى بكر بن رزق الله ابن خلف، الرّسعنىّ، أبو إسحاق (¬*) عرف بابن المحدّث. سمع بالموصل من والده الإمام عزّ الدين، وتفقّه عليه (¬١). وكان فقيها، عالما، فاضلا. ذكره البرزاليّ فى «معجم شيوخه» وقال: كتبت عنه، وفاق أبناء جنسه، معرفة وذكاء، وكان نبيها، فاضلا، عالما، متنسّكا، ورعا، حسن الأخلاق. وله منظوم ومنثور، وشرح «القدورىّ» ولم يتمّه، وكتب الإنشاء بديوان الموصل.أنشدنى من شعره كثيرا فى كل فن. مولده فى جمادى الأولى سنة اثنتين وأربعين وستمائة بالموصل. وتوفّى فى شهر رمضان، سنة خمس وتسعين وستمائة بدمشق، ودفن بسفح قاسيون. ويأتى أبوه عبد الرزّاق فى بابه (¬١). ***
