    يُوسُف بن عليّ، أبو الفَضْل بن أبي الحَسَن العَمِيدُ الكاتِبُ المِصْريُّ، المَعْرُوف بصِهْرِ الفَقِيه يَعْقُوب " حَدَّثَني الصَّاحِبُ الإمامُ أبو القَاسِم عُمَر بن أحْمَد بن هِبَة الله بن أبي جَرَادَة الفَقِيه الحنفيّ بحَلَب، قال: كَتَبَ أبو الفَضْل يُوسُف بن عليّ المِصْريّ بين يَدي القاضِي المُؤْتَمن عليّ بن مُحَمَّد بن كيا سِيْبَوَيْه الكاتِب حين اتَّصَلَ بالسُّلْطان المَلِك الظَّاهِر غيَاث الدِّين غازِي بن يُوسُف، رحِمَهُ اللهُ تَعالَى، بحَلَب، هذا آخَرُ كَلامِهِ" (¬١).
