    ابنُ الخَشَّاب القَاضِي الهاشِميّ (¬٢) هكذا وَقَعَ إليَّ فيما ذَكَرَهُ الشَّريفُ أبو الغَنائِم عَبْدُ اللَّه بن الحَسَن بن مُحَمَّدالزَّيْدِيّ في كتاب عُيُون المُشْتاقِيْن (¬١)، في ذِكْر أبيهِ القَاضِي المُطَهَّر الحَسَن بن مُحَمَّد، وذِكَرَ أنَّ أباهُ قَدِمَ حَلَبَ في أيَّام أبي المَعَالِي شَرِيْف ابن سَيْف الدَّوْلَة، وكان قَاضيها رَجُلٌ يُقال له ابن الخَشَّاب الهاشمِيّ، فعَزَلَهُ شَرِيْفٌ عن القَضَاءِ ووَلَّى القَاضِي أبا مُحَمَّد الحَسَن بن مُحَمَّد. قال: وتَزَوَّج الحَسَنُ بن مُحَمَّد بحَلَب بنْتَ القَاضِي الهاشِميّ المَعْزُول. ووَلده [. . .] (a) منها، وقد ذَكَرْناهُ.
