أبو حُفَيْص القَاضِي (¬١) قاضي حَلَب، وكان يَسْكُن بها بسُوق السَّرَّاجين، واسْمُه عُمَر بن الحَسَن، ويُكْنَى أبا الحَسَن، وأبو حُفَيْصٍ لَقَبٌ له يُعْرَفُ بهِ، وقد تَقَدَّمَ ذِكْرهُ في باب العَيْن (¬٢).
