    أبو طلحة (¬٤) الرازي في (القنية) قال محمد: وطئ صبية يجامع مثلها يستحب لها أن تغتسل. وعلم لنجم الأئمة البخاري، قال: كأنه لم ير محمد جبرها وتأديبها على ذلك، ثم قال، وقال أبو علي الرازي: تضرب على الاغتسال وبه نقول، وكذلك الغلام المراهق يضرب على الصلاة والطهارة. *
