    ٧٠١ - يحي (¬٢) بن زكريا بن أبي زائدة أبو سعيد الكوفي الهمداني، الوادعي، كان من أصحاب أبي حنيفة الذين دونوا الكتب أربعين رجلا، وكان في العشرة المتقدمين أبو يوسف، وزفر، وداود الطائي، وأسد بن عمرو، ويوسف بن خالد السمتي، ويحيى هذا، وهو الذي كان يكتبها لهم ثلاثين سنة. روى عنه أحمد بن حنبل، وابن معين، وقتيبة وأبو بكر بن شيبة. قال ابن معين: انتهى العلم إلى ابن عباس في زمانه، ثم إلى الشعبي في زمانه، ثم إلى الثوري في زمانه، ثم إلى يحي بن أبي زائدة في زمانه. مات سنة مئتين. روى له الجماعة.
