    ٦٢٥ - محمود (¬١) بن أحمد البخاري المعروف بالحصيريّ (¬٢). تفقه عليه جماعة ببخارى منهم: الإمام حسن بن منصور قاضي خان الأوزجندي، وروى مؤلفات محمد بن الحسن، و «شرح الجامع الكبير» مطولا سماه «التحرير» و «مختصر أسماء الوجيز» وذكر في أوله أنه زاد في هذا المختصر أكثر من ألف مسألة، وتفوق على «جامع» شيخ الإسلام علاء الأئمة السمرقندي. كان كثير الصدقة، غزير الدمعة. مات سنة ست وثلاثين وست مئة. وله كتاب سماه «خير مطلوب» (¬٣).
