    ٥٣٢ - محمد (¬٣) بن عبد الله بن فاعل السرخكتيّ (¬٤) مات سنة ثماني عشرة وخمس مئة. ذكره الخاصي في (فتاويه) في الزكاة. حكى عن الفضل: أنه كان يقول: زكاة الأجرة المعجلة في الإجارة الطويلة المرسومة على الآجر/٤٦ أ/في السنين التي كانت الأجرة في يده؛ لأنه ملكهابالقبض، وبالفسخ لا ينتقض ملكه إذا كانت الأجرة دراهم وما شكلها؛ لأنها لا تتعين، قال: وكان الشيخ الإمام مجد الدين السرخكتيّ، يقول: عندي إن الزكاة تجب على المستأجر أيضا؛ لأنه يعد ذلك مالا موضوعا دينا له على الآجر.
