    ٥٢٤ - محمد (¬٤) بن سلمة الجوزجانيّ البلخي. تفقه عليه أبو بكر الأسكاف. مات سنة ثمان وسبعين ومئتين. قال محمد بن سلمة: لا يشترط بيان المدة في المزارعة ويقع على سنة واحدة. وفي (الملتقط): قيل لمحمد بن سلمة: كيف لم تأخذ العلم عن علي الرازي؟ فقال: لكثرة ما وجدت في منزله من الملاهي.قال: ولو جمع علم خلف بن أيوب، لكان في زاوية من علم علي الرازي، إلا أن خلف بن أيوب أظهر علمه لصلاحه.
