    ٤٣٧ - عمرو (¬٣) بن مهير الخصّاف روى عن الحسن بن زياد، عن أبي حنيفة، إذا ارتشى القاضي فهو معزول، وإن لم يعزل. ذكره ابن أبي العوام القاضي في «المناقب». وروى عنه ابنه أحمد، قال: حدثني أبي عمرو بن مهير، سمعت الحسن قال، قال: أبو يوسف: أعلم ما يكون بالكلام أجهل ما يكون بالملك العلاّم.
