    ٣٩٩ - علي (¬١) بن محمد بن الحسن بن كاس النخعي الكاسيّ (¬٢) الكوفي وله (الأركان الخمسة) مات سنة أربع وعشرين وثلاث مئة. وفي (المفيد والمزيد) لأبي المفاخر الكردري في باب/٣٩ أ/تطهير النجاسات في الأرض التي تنجست، وطهرت بالجفاف، قال: ولو تيمم بها جاز في رواية ابن كاس عن أصحابنا، وفي ظاهر الرواية لا يجوز؛ لأن النجاسة ما زالت بالكلية إنما زال الأكثر، بقي القليل؛ فلا يمنع جواز الصلاة، ويمنع جواز الطهارة. انتهى. وفي هذا التعليل نظر، والأظهر أن يقال أنها طهرت بالجفاف؛ فيجوز الصلاة عليها لكونها طاهرة؛ إنما لم يجز التيمم منها؛ لأنها ليست طهورا.
