    ٣٦٦ - عثمان (¬٣) بن علي فخر الدين الزّيلعيّ (¬٤) مات بقرافة مصر سنة ثلاث وأربعين وسبع مئة شرح (كنز الدقائق) (¬٥) للإمام حافظ الدين النسفي وهو في خمس مجلدات، فأجاد فيه، وانتقد، وحرر،وصحح ما اعتمد عليه، وشرحه هذا صار عمدة عند الإفتاء، وله كتاب «بركة الكلام على أحاديث الأحكام» المذكورة في كتاب «الهداية» وسائر كتب الحنفية.
