٣٦٠ - عبيد الله (¬٤) بن عمر بن عيسى الدّبوسيّ بضم الموحدة مخففة ومشددة أبو زيد صاحب كتاب (الأسرار) (¬٥) و (تقويم الأدلة) (¬٦) أول من وضع علمالخلاف وأبرزه للوجود روى أنه ناظر بعض الفقهاء، وكان كلما ألزمه أبو زيد تبسم وضحك فأنشد أبو زيد شعر (¬١): ما لي إذا ألزمته حجة … قابلني بالضحك والقهقهه إن كان ضحك المرء من فقهه … فالذئب في الصحراء ما أفقهه قال السمعاني: كان من كبار الحنفية الفقهاء ممن يضرب به المثل، مات ببخارى سنة ثلاثين وأربع مئة، وهو أحد القضاة السبعة و (دبوسة) بلدة بين بخارى وسمرقند (¬٢).
