    ٢٧٩ - صاعد (¬١) بن محمد بن أحمد الأستوائيّ (¬٢) بضم الهمزة والتاء، وتفتح، له كتاب سماه"الاعتقاد" (¬٣)، وذكر فيه عن عبد الملك بن أبي الشوارب: أنه أشار إلى قصرهم العتيق بالبصرة، وقال: قد خرج من هذه الدار سبعون قاضيا على مذهب أبي حنيفة كلهم كانوا يرون إثبات القدر، وأن الله خالق الخير والشر، ويروون ذلك عن أبي حنيفة، وأبي يوسف، ومحمد، وزفر. مات سنة اثنتين وثلاثين وأربع مئة.
