    ٢٧٣ - شعيب (¬٢) بن سليمان بن سليم الكيساني من أصحاب محمد وأبي يوسف قال شعيب: أملى علينا محمد بن الحسن، قال: قال أحد قضاتنا القاسم (¬٣) بن معن: إذا اختلف الزوجان في متاع البيت، فجميع ما في البيت بينهما نصفين. وروى عنه ابنه أنه قال: أملى علينا أبو يوسف قال: قال أبو حنيفة: لا ينبغي للرجل أن يحدث من الحديث إلا بما يحفظه من يوم سمعه إلى يوم يحدث به. مات بمصر سنة أربع ومئتين.
