    ٢٧١ - شعيب (¬١) بن إسحاق بن عبد الرحمن القرشي الدمشقي. من أصحاب أبي حنيفة. عده النسائي في «الثقات» من أصحابه. وقال أحمد: جالس أبا حنيفة. وذكره ابن حزم، في باب «الفقهاء بالشام بعد الصحابة» (¬٢) في طبقة الأوزاعي. روى له الشيخان، وقال أحمد ما أصح حديثه. سمع أبا حنيفة، وهشام بن عروة، والأوزاعي وابن جريج في خلق. روى عنه الليث بن سعد في جمع. مات سنة ثمان وتسعين ومئة.
