    ٢١٣ - حماد (¬٤) بن دليل. قاضي المدائن، أحد الأثني عشر من أصحاب الإمام الذين أشار إليهم أنهم يصلحون للقضاء، وهم: أبو يوسف، ومحمد وأسد بن عمر البجلي، والحسن بنزياد، ونوح بن أبي مريم، ونوح بن دراج، وعافية، وعلي بن ظبيان، وعلي بن حرملة، وحماد هذا، والقاسم بن معن، ويحيى بن أبي زائدة. حدث عن أبي حنيفة، وعن سفيان الثوري، وعن أحمد وغيره. وروى له أبو داود حديثا واحدا.
